
Saturday Night Live is full of unpredictable moments, and Saturday’s episode (April 5) was no exception!
During the Weekend Update segment of the show, Ego Nwodim poked fun at the White House Correspondents Association’s decision to cancel comedian Amber Ruffin‘s performance at their upcoming dinner.
While playing alter ego Ms. Eggy, the sketch show star joked that she could take Amber‘s place, revealing the type of jokes she would make if she got the gig.

At one point, Ego asked the crowd, “These men ain’t what?” to which those sitting before her responded in unison, saying, “S–t.”
Ego looked shocked, saying: “You finna get fined for that,” as Weekend Update co-anchors Colin Jost and Michael Che began laughing.
“Lorne [Michaels] will be mad at y’all,” she continued.
Per People, it’s not yet known if the FCC will fine SNL. The curse word made it onto streaming but was caught by the five-second delay on NBC, via Deadline.
Saturday Night Live is back on April 12 with Jon Hamm as host and Lizzo as the musical guest.
